Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Muhammad Ahsan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Google Ads management and optimization
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads management
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Marketing strategy and consulting
• Other digital marketing services as agreed upon

Service Agreement

Specific terms of service delivery, pricing, timelines, and performance guarantees will be outlined in individual service agreements. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any specific service agreements.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due as specified in your service agreement
• All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in service guarantees
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for any additional costs (e.g., ad spend, third-party tools)

Performance Guarantees

Where applicable, performance guarantees are outlined in specific service agreements. Guarantees are subject to terms and conditions including but not limited to: minimum ad spend, campaign duration, client cooperation, and market conditions.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business information
• Grant necessary access to advertising accounts and analytics
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
• Provide feedback and approvals as requested

Intellectual Property

All materials created as part of our services (including ad copy, creative assets, and strategies) become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized case studies and results for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality

We will keep your business information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary to provide our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver excellent results, but marketing outcomes can be influenced by factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service in question.

No Guaranteed Results

While we offer performance guarantees on specific services, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on many factors including your product, market, competition, and budget.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
